Contract Builder with DocuSign
The Contract Builder add-on to bids&tenders allows you to upload documents to the system and authorize them with digital signatures through DocuSign. With this add-on module, your organization can:
- Remove the number of printed packages needed for contract executions
- Move the signature and approval of contracts completely online
- Keep track of contracts in one central spot
- Have complete visibility into the execution process to enable faster contract execution
- Can be used for any documents associated with your contract (purchase orders, award letters)
Once Contract Builder is active, you will have access to a contract builder dashboard available in your control panel. This dashboard tracks your envelope usage and allows you to filter by envelope status.

Assign a signature workflow for digital signatures
Automated notifications delivered to recipients on signing status
Reminder emails can be sent to workflow recipients
